Outside my window

 Outside my window,

a tree i see,

God has rendered so beautifully.

on the tree,

i see leaves and flowers,

and above it at night,

sparkle a thousand stars.

outside my window,

on the tree,

the birds, they chirp...melodiously!

the squirrel, he jumps from branch to branch,

while the caterpillar sits meditating in a trance.

outside my window,

the tree has borne fruit,

heavily...the branches droop.

the pods have let their secret out today,

scarlet gems smile slyly away,

it's as if...

the tree is decked with rubies red

embedded on an emerald bed.

and i am pleased

i have the honor to view

dazzling against the sky so blue

such a precious sight...

just outside my window.
